agile working room set with table and room divider

A recent report in the US found that the appreciation of agile talent has increased 155 per cent over the past four years. 46 per cent of companies surveyed indicated they are more committed to building an agile workforce profile in 2016 compared with 18 percent of companies in 2012. The study found that more than three-quarters of companies use some form of agile worker today. On average, these workers comprise 30 percent of their workforce. The reasons for this change is quoted as globalisation, pace of technological innovation and more workers choosing agile careers. Most workers around 63 per cent believe that working as an agile employee would make them more qualified in the future workplace. Perhaps that’s why 81 percent of employees agree they will be more open to working as an agile employee by the year 2025, according to the report. The results of the survey proved it is clear that the traditional employment model and environment is evolving and said companies must begin to equip themselves “operationally, culturally and strategically”. Contact us to help make your office a more flexible office and agile working friendly.
